Run the whole salon from one screen
Booking, the schedule, checkout, your clients and the money. One place, on any device on the floor, for salons that do more than one thing.
Opening to new salons soon. Set up in an afternoon.
09:00 · on BeautifyOSThe schedule is already built from everyone’s hours. Nothing to write out.
10:05 · on BeautifyOSThe booking arrives while you are coloring. The deposit is taken with it.
11:20 · on BeautifyOSA regular rebooks her last visit in one tap, from the app on her phone.
12:10 · on BeautifyOSThe walk-in is rung up at checkout. She is a client record now, not a memory.
13:00 · on BeautifyOSRetail goes on the same ticket. Stock counts down on its own.
13:45 · on BeautifyOSThe color runs over. The rest of the chain moves with it, and everyone can see it move.
15:15 · on BeautifyOSA digital gift card is issued with a code, a balance and an expiry, and lands in her wallet.
16:00 · on BeautifyOSOne client. One service. Nothing to do but the work.
17:30 · on BeautifyOSShe does not come. The deposit was taken at booking, so the hour was not free.
19:40 · on BeautifyOSThe day closed itself. Card against cash, per stylist, with the commission worked out.
SundayNothing to type up. The month is a PDF whenever you want it.
Saturday
the book09:00 · on paperNine o’clock. The book is open, and everything after this is written by hand.
10:05 · on paperThe phone goes mid-color. You write her name on the back of a card and carry on.
11:20 · on paperA missed call. No name, no number, and no way of knowing what she wanted.
12:10 · on paperA walk-in, squeezed between two. Nobody writes her down.
13:00 · on paperTwo bottles sold. The slip goes in the drawer with the others.
13:45 · on paperThe color runs forty minutes over. Everything after it is now wrong, and only you know.
15:15 · on paperA gift card, sold and written on a note. Whoever redeems it will have to be believed.
16:00 · on paperOne client. One service. The first quiet hour of the day.
17:30 · on paperShe does not come. The chair sits empty for ninety minutes and nobody paid for it.
19:40 · on paperClose out. Nine notes, four slips, one register tape, and three totals that disagree.
SundayThen the spreadsheet, at the kitchen table, working out what the week actually made.

Everything included
One system, not seven subscriptions
The plans change how many people you can add and whether the site runs on your own domain. They never change whether the software works.
On the floor
One calendar for the whole team
Every stylist in a column, by day, week or month. Drag to move, chain services into one visit, block time out, and watch the day fill. The database itself refuses to hold one slot twice.
Clients book themselves in
A booking page that offers the times you are genuinely free, read from the same calendar the front desk is looking at rather than a copy of it. Reschedules and cancellations handle themselves, inside the window you set.
A booking can hold a thing, not just a person
A treatment room, a laser, a chair. A horse, a boat, a car. Add it once and it becomes bookable, on its own or alongside the person running it, and two bookings can never hold the same one at the same time.
Waitlist and intake forms
Hold the people who wanted a time you did not have, and notify them when it opens. Build your own consultation and consent forms, sent before the visit and stored on the client’s record.
Checkout
A POS built from your own price list
Your services are the buttons, so changing a price once changes checkout. Card, cash, tips, split payments, gift cards and deposits all land in the same day’s earnings, and the visit closes itself.
Digital gift cards
Sold at checkout or bought online by someone who has never been in. Each one carries a code, a balance and an expiry, arrives by email and push, sits in the recipient’s wallet in the app, and is redeemed against any visit down to the cent.
Deposits that stop the empty chair
Ask for a deposit on the services that hurt when nobody turns up, by amount or by percentage. It is taken with the booking and applied at checkout, and a no-show is flagged on the client’s record.
Memberships, packages, promos
Sell a monthly membership, a course of six, or a seasonal offer. Percentage or fixed discounts, codes, and a birthday club that takes the money off automatically when she comes in.
Retail, stock and a web store
Sell product beside the service on the same ticket. Stock counts down and low items surface before they run out, and the same catalog opens as an online store your clients can order from.
Your clients
One record per client
Every visit, every formula, every product she took home, what she has spent and when she was last in. Notes, allergies and quiet flags for the ones who cancel late, so whoever is on the desk knows what you know.
An app with your name on it
Your clients install your salon, not a marketplace. They book and rebook, hold their gift cards and coupons, fill in forms, message you, and get a push when their time is tomorrow.
Loyalty, birthdays and coming back
Points that turn into a reward, an offer that goes out on her birthday, and a review request that follows the visit on your own delay, through the channel you choose.
The money
Earnings, plainly
What came in today, card against cash, which stylist brought in what, and the commission split worked out for you. Month end is a PDF rather than an evening.
Expenses, tax and the books
Log what goes out, including the rent and the subscriptions that repeat on their own. Sales tax handled per rate, receipts and statements as PDFs, and a set of books your accountant can read.
Five ways of looking at a period
Revenue, appointments, clients, services and team, over any window you pick. New against returning, what sells, who is busy, and what the quiet hours actually cost you.
Your team
Hours, time off and who sees what
Each person keeps their own working hours and their own service list. Time off is requested and approved, and the booking page stops offering those hours the moment it is.
A staff app, not the owner’s screen
Your team gets today, their own week, their clients, their expenses and their time off, and nothing that is none of their business. Owners keep the rest.
Getting found, and booked again
A website builder wired to everything else
Start from thirteen designed templates and edit the real site in place. Everything on it is yours to change: the photos, the background video, the words, the sections and their order, the colors and the type. Services, prices and team come from the same place the salon runs on, so a price you change once is right on the site, in the app and at checkout.
Marketing pages, campaigns and ads
Build a landing page for one offer, send the campaign that points at it, cut social posts and ad creative from your own services and photos, and drop your booking page into any other site as a widget.
Reviews, including the ones on Google
Connect your Google Business Profile and your reviews sync in newest first, with replies posted from here. Ask for them automatically after the visit, and show them on your own site.
Recovery, running while you work
A no-show is followed up, a cancelled hour goes to the people who wanted an earlier time, an empty ninety minutes is offered to whoever it suits, and a regular who is three weeks past her own rhythm hears from you before she books somewhere else.
Messages, in one place
One inbox for every channel
Chat from the client app, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS and email arrive in the same place, against the same client record. Your team keeps a separate channel of its own, so the shift can talk without talking to clients.
An assistant that has read your salon
Ask what last month made, who has not been in since spring, or which hours are dying, and get the answer from your own figures. It drafts the reply to a client, and it never invents a number it cannot show you.
Eight languages, Arabic included
The salon side and the client side both speak English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Arabic, and Arabic reads right to left properly rather than as a mirrored afterthought.
And it stays yours
Your salon, separated
Every salon is isolated at the database, not merely filtered in the app. Your client list is yours, it imports and exports as CSV, and it leaves with you.
Three apps, one system
The salon on the desk or the tablet, a phone app for the team, and a phone app for your clients. All three read the same data at the same moment, so what the desk sees, the floor sees.
Not only salons
If it takes bookings, and something has to be free, it runs on this
A booking holds a person, or a thing, or both at once. Add the thing once and it becomes bookable, with its own hours, its own price and its own deposit rule. Everything else on this page then works exactly the same way.
- Hair, nails, skin, lashes, barberingchairs, rooms and the people at them
- Car and van rentalthe vehicles, by the hour or by the week
- Riding schools and stablesthe horses and the instructors, never double-booked
- Yacht and boat charterthe boats, the berths and the skippers
- Clinics and consulting roomsthe practitioners, the rooms and the forms sent before

Your clients’ side
A website, not a booking link
An app your clients actually hold
And it speaks their language

Thirteen designed templates, edited in place, on your own domain and in your own branding. The site, the marketing pages and your clients’ app all read the same services, prices and free times the front desk is looking at.

Questions, answered
How long does it take to set up?
An afternoon. Add your services and your staff, set your opening hours, and your booking page is live. Clients, appointments and your price list import from CSV, so you are not retyping a year of history.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. There is no commission on bookings and no fee per appointment. What you take at checkout is yours.
What do my clients see?
Your own website and your own app, with your services and your real free times. They pick, sign in with email or Google, and the slot is theirs, confirmed straight away.
Does it work on the salon tablet or a phone?
Yes. BeautifyOS installs like an app on tablets and phones, and works in any modern browser on a computer.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It stays yours. Clients, appointments and sales export to CSV, and your salon’s rows are isolated from every other salon at the database rather than merely filtered in the app.
When can I actually start?
Soon. Self-serve signup is closed while billing is finished, which is why this page asks you to join the waitlist rather than starting a trial you could not yet pay for. Join it and we will tell you the day it opens, with fourteen days free when it does.
Give your salon its own operating system
Set up your service menu in an afternoon and take your first online booking that night. We are opening to new salons shortly. Join the waitlist and we will tell you the day.
